About Library Meeting Rooms
There are two meeting rooms located in the @Two Digital Learning Center (second floor of the library) available for public use that can be reserved for small gatherings such as meetings, tutoring sessions, or study groups. The rooms are not soundproof and are not suitable for recording, loud events, or large groups.
Collaboration Room 1:
- Groups of 1-6 people
- Television monitor that may be connected to a laptop for presentations
- HDMI cable
- Whiteboard
Conference Room:
- Groups of 2-8 people: Sitting room around the table is limited to approximately 6. Additional chairs to accommodate up to 8 are located in the room. No additional chairs can be moved into the room.
Booking a Room
- The rooms will be open for use by library patrons during regular library business hours for gatherings, such as small meetings, tutoring sessions, or study groups.
- At least one member of the group must have a current library card, in good standing, to reserve the room.
- An email address is required to reserve a room.
- Organizations must file a certification of liability with the library before utilizing the meeting rooms.
- Reservations can be made up to 1 day before a meeting online
- Rooms may be reserved and utilized up to 3 times per week, for a maximum of 2 hours per day.
- If the group has not arrived 15 minutes after the scheduled reservation for a one hour session or 30 minutes for a two hour session, the reservation will be canceled and the room will become available to others.
- Same-day reservations will be accepted on a first-come-first-serve basis.
- Reservations cannot be made more than 3 months in advance, with the exception of library programming.
