Mills Park (weather permitting) will host local businesses and organizations that will pass out candy to trick-or-treaters, have a child-friendly haunted house, and feature an outdoor carnival. Come by the library after you’ve visited Mills Park and pick up your Halloween craft kit! One per child for the first 200 children from 4-6 p.m.
